• Favor small capitalization stocks over large capitalization stocks
• Use a more passive approach than continuous active management
• Use a multi-factor quantitative processes to identify alpha -generating opportunities
• Do not market time our investment entry and exit
• Transactions should be efficient and low cost
• We are not “stock pickers”
